Cancellation Policy
This time is reserved just for you. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to settle in. If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please call or text 646-535-2745 as soon as possible. Please note, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy and last-minute cancellations and no-shows are charged the full price of the session booked. Arriving late to your session may result in a shorter appointment so as to not to penalize subsequent clients. Clients who are over 20 minutes late will be asked to reschedule their appointment and will be charged a cancellation fee. For clients feeling under-the-weather, late cancellations (within 24 hours of your appointment) will be required to reschedule within 30 days to avoid the standard cancellation fee. This make-up appointment cannot be rescheduled.
